About CAPSULE TBI

The CAPSULE ATBI (Capiz State University - Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator) was made possible through the collective initiatives of the Department of Science and Technology - Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST- PCAARRD). The operation of the CAPSU ATBI under the Research, Development and Extension (RDE) was institutionalized in August 2018.

The DOST-PCAARRD-CAPSU Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator is otherwise known as the Center for Advancing Partnerships, Stimulating Upscale and Leading Enterprises (CAPSULE). It is intended to be a technology transfer and commercialization support facility of the University that aims to translate or develop research products into a feasible technology-based enterprise.

  

About BALAY TBI

The BALAY ABI (DA-BAR-CAPSU Agribusiness Incubator) is a support facility of the University where startups are hosted, and business development services are provided. It is an externally funded project of the University's Research, Development, and Extension Office, where the Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR) serves as the funding agency.

The DA-BAR-CAPSU-ABI facilitates the transfer and commercialization of research-based technologies through an incubation program. It caters to Farmers Cooperatives' Associations, private farmers, students and alumni of the University, as well as young agripreneurs from the 2nd District of the Province of Capiz.

It was established last October 28, 2021, and its office is located at Capiz State University - Burias Campus.
