The center offers the following services: intellectual property protection, technology assessment, licensing, investment packaging, spin-off support, manpower training, market matching and expert services delivery. Who can be an Incubatee?
SMEs, private individuals, technology generators, graduate students, alumni, a group of professionals, cooperatives, people's organizations who are interested in creating a new business in the fields of agriculture and aquaculture.
How does incubation take place?
Incubation can be done either by in-wall (experts facilitate business creation within the facility of CAPSU), and/or by out-wall (experts conduct business creation at incubatees' respective places).

The incubation of ATBI technologies is 2 years maximum.
