The Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator or ATBI

is a platform for technology promotion transfer and commercialization. The center offers the following services: intellectual property protection, technology assessment, licensing, investment packaging, spin-off support, manpower training, market matching and expert services delivery. This will serve as a one stop shop and convergence hub that will provide services for investors and technology users in the agriculture and aquatic sectors in the province of Capiz.

Who can be an Incubatee?

SMEs, private individuals, technology generators, graduate students, alumni, a group of professionals, cooperatives, people's organizations who are interested in creating a new business in the fields of agriculture and aquaculture.

How does incubation take place?

Incubation can be done either by in-wall (experts facilitate business creation within the facility of CAPSU), and/or by out-wall (experts conduct business creation at incubatees' respective places).

How long is the incubation period?

The incubation of ATBI technologies is 2 years maximum.

(In-wall incubation)

  • 20% discount on the use of facilities and laboratory services

  • Technology assistance and business mentoring for 2 hours per month for 2 months
